Truck Driver

We are currently seeking experienced Truck Drivers to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently across the Gulf countries. Your experience in truck driving in the Gulf region will be valuable in ensuring smooth operations and adherence to local regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate and maneuver trucks of various sizes and weights to transport goods and materials to designated locations.
2. Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards while driving and operating the truck.
3. Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and techniques, ensuring proper securing and safe transportation.
4. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and its components to ensure roadworthiness and identify any potential issues or maintenance needs.
5. Plan routes effectively, considering traffic conditions, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
6. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including trip logs, fuel purchases, and maintenance records.
7. Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and other relevant parties to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues or concerns.
8. Follow company policies and procedures regarding documentation, reporting, and safety protocols.
9. Comply with regulations governing the transportation of hazardous materials, if applicable.
10. Maintain a clean and organized truck, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness of the interior and exterior.

Requirements:

1. Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for operating trucks in Saudi Arabia.
2. Proven experience as a truck driver, specifically with experience in truck driving in the Gulf countries.
3. Knowledge of local traffic laws, regulations, and routes in the Gulf region.
4. Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.
5. Strong understanding of truck maintenance and troubleshooting.
6. Ability to handle and operate different types of trucks and equipment.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with dispatchers, customers, and team members effectively.
8. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions while on the road.
9. Physical stamina and resilience to handle long hours of driving and loading/unloading activities.
10. Fluent in English, and knowledge of Arabic or local dialects is advantageous.
